  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on sales pipeline and progress.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the cold storage and refrigeration industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and confident cold calling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the cold storage and refrigeration industry, including an understanding of customer pain points and industry-specific challenges, is a plus.
