• Walk-ins shall be prefabricated, all metal clad, sectional construction, and designed for easy assembly with the provision for disassembly for possible future expansion or relocation.

• Panels are suitable for interior and exterior applications. Additionally, we offer a few styles for exterior roofing.

• Panel Construction: Panel shall consist of an interior and exterior metal clad precisely formed to ensure proper size.

• Panel Fasteners: All walls, ceiling, and floor section joints shall be secured by steel cam-lock fasteners. Distance between locks not to exceed 48". Each locking device shall consist of a cam-action hooked locking arm placed in one panel and a steel pin precisely positioned in the adjoining panel. By rotating the locking arm the hook shall engage over the pin and with cam-action draw the panels tightly together. All socket ports shall be sealed with platic snap covers.

• Wood Frame: Framed with kiln-dried 2x4s. Standard thickness: 3.5”, 4” and 5.5” (other thicknesses available). The vertical members of the wood frame provide an air tight seal along with NSF approved gasket.

• High Density Frame:
- Polystyrene 1 lbs. density polystyrene foam with K-factor of .24 and R-value of 3.8. The flame spread rating is 15 and smoke developed rating is 150-300.

- Polyurethane, Class 1 Foamed-in place with "Ozone Safe" and UL Classified (No. 28P4). It has a 2.2 lbs. density with a K-factor rating of .14. The flame spread rating is 25 and smoke developed rating is less than 300.
